Do eyelash extensions cause your natural eyelashes to fall out?
Natural eyelashes have a growth cycle of around six weeks and then they shed. When extensions are applied on each individual lash, they will fall out naturally with your natural lash cycle. If not applied correctly they can fall out in clumps because multiple lashes are stuck together which can cause your natural lashes to shed prematurely.
Does sticking the eyelash extension on hurt?

Can I still wear mascara?
Most people find that they don't need mascara with their eyelash extensions. As they shed you may then feel the need to fill the gaps with mascara before you have your infill. Mascara is not ideal as the removal of it can be tough on the lash extensions but if you do have to wear it make sure it's oil-free.
Can I pick off my eyelashes when I’m done with them?
Picking your eyelash extensions will stunt your natural lash growth as you are picking them prematurely. It can also traumatise the follicle and cause the hair to not grow back from that spot. It is recommended to get your eyelash technician to remove them with a specialised eyelash gel remover. Alternatively you can just let them fall out with you natural lash cycle.
